Monday, April 10th is your next chance to experience the finest dining experience Southeast Texas has to offer. For this Springtime menu, Chef Carly Oubre of Chic Chef was inspired by the combination of the season’s freshest ingredients with Buckstin staples, and sourcing locally to create some of the brightest flavor combinations yet. Not only visually, but on the palate too. Choose between wine or beer pairings for each course and watch the menu come to life.
